Whether you’ve been gardening for years or are just starting out, join us for a relaxed afternoon sharing knowledge, ideas and inspiration among fellow garden lovers.
When: Thursday 28th May | 1:30 - 3:30pm
Where: The Sunroom at Birdwoods
Tickets: $45 per person (includes entry and Afternoon Garden Tea)
Theme: Autumn in the Garden: Lifting, Splitting & Dividing with Izzy Toogood of Izzybloom
Limited to 34 guests - bookings essential
Make a day of it: Garden Club ticket-holders enjoy 10% off lunch in the Birdwoods Café before the event - just show your ticket at the till.
What’s On:
- Welcome from head gardener and “club captain” Vicki Turfrey
- Dividing demonstration of tubers, rhizomes and crowns with Izzy Toogood
- Let’s chat dahlias, rhubarb, bearded irises and all things perennial – includes a take-home gift
- A chance to meet others who enjoy growing, learning and experimenting
Afternoon Garden Tea served individually:
- Mini Devonshire scone
- Chicken and lemon-herb mayo sandwich
- Salted caramel brownie bite
- Tea or Hawthorne plunger coffee

Bring & Swap: Bring along your own perennial or bulbs to exchange.

Please bring your email purchase confirmation on the day - this will serve as your ticket. We’ll also have a guest list and will tick you off on arrival, just in case.
