Usually featuring a much deeper coloration all over the stone,White Opalstone is harder to sculpt than the usual Opalstone, mostly due to the particles of quartz found within the stone. White Opalstone is easily identified by contrasting yellow or Orangestriations within the stone. On the Mohs hardness scale, it rates between 5.0-5.5.
