A Sad Farewell to Archie and Black Dog
We were devastated in October when both Archie and Black Dog died within 24 hours of each other. Greatly loved by us and our entire Birdwoods community for over 12 years, they were a wonderful part of all our lives. Black Dog arrived on the Gallery doorstep one day and never left us - she was kind and gentle and so grateful for her life. Archie was a legend - the centre of attention, always posing for the next photograph, quirky and fun loving. Archie leaves a legacy in his many offspring, including our own little Arthur who is the last puppy of the last batch. Both Black Dog and Archie gave so much pleasure to so many and will be missed beyond words.
