BREAKING NEWS... The Birdwoods Kitchen will be closed for renovations from Monday 12 August - re-opening on Saturday 31 August. The Gallery and Sweet Shop will both still be in full swing and open seven days a week from 10am-4pm throughout the renovation period.
Our chefs do an absolutely amazing job preparing and plating every meal from just 12 square metres and our tiny kitchen is now in dire need of an extreme makeover. In the two weeks the café will be closed the kitchen will be completely re-fitted so that Head Chef Wendy Barnett (above, left) and Chef Katie Taylor (above, right) will be set up with cutting edge equipment along with a refreshed service area for our Front of House team. We are also using the café closure as a great opportunity to complete a raft of repairs and maintenance projects around the entire property.
