November 2018 marked the tenth bi-annual Hospice Holly Trail which has become a landmark event for Hawke's Bay and an amazing fundraiser for Cranford Hospice.
With over 2,500 people happily 'trailing' around 10 beautiful local gardens and houses decorated with festive and spectacular flowers, the whole region was buzzing with activity. Birdwoods was delighted to donate $5,000 to Cranford Hospice and to host the opening event on Thursday 10 November with champagne and Christmas music from Project Prima Volta and Mike Cooch in our gardens. This year's Holly Trail raised $295,000 for Cranford, bringing the total to over $1.8million since the first event in 1998.
